RETURNS POLICY

We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.

The only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged goods.

If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello.fourmoons@gmail.com

SHIPPING

The products are typically dispatched within 4-5 Working days of order confirmation depending on your destination,incase the product is unavailable we take 2-3 weeks to source the same. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.

DELIVERY

We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 4 -7 business days depending on where you live. All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that the products reach you in perfect condition.

 

We will initiate the shipment of your products within 24 -48 hours of receiving the order under most circumstances. Our regular working hours are Monday to Saturday 11am - 6pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these hours. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or other regional and national holidays. 

 While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in the said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeline.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you have provided as the delivery address when you place the order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we shall not be liable for any items which may have not been received by you.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS RECEIVED

In the case of damaged product(s) is delivered, please send us an email to hello.fourmoons@gmail.com with few images of the products received. We will ship out a replacement to you or provide a refund into the same payment method used while placing the order after we receive the confirmation from your side.

WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED

In the case of wrong product(s) received, please send us an email to hello.fourmoons@gmail.com with few images of the products received. We can either ship out the correct product(s) or pick up the wrongly delivered product and provide a refund into the same payment method used while placing the order.
